          北京商报讯（记者 李晗）2026年1月7日，北京商报记者了解到，未来科学城置业有限公司（以下简称“未来科学城置业”）与贝好家就北京市昌平区未来科学城东区能源谷板块的CP01-1703-0002、0003住宅组团地块达成深度合作。值得关注的是，这是贝好家在北京的第四个合作项目，也是与未来科学城置业的第二次携手。
