          智通财经APP讯，百奥泰(688177.SH)发布公告，公司于近日收到国家药品监督管理局核准签发的《药物临床试验批准通知书》，公司在研药品注射用BAT8013用于治疗晚期或转移性实体瘤患者的临床试验申请获得批准。
BAT8013是百奥泰开发的一款靶向CD25的抗体药物偶联物(ADC)，拟开发用于晚期或转移性实体瘤的治疗。BAT8013通过与细胞表面的CD25特异性结合，经受体介导的内吞作用进入细胞内部，在溶酶体环境中，其连接子被组织蛋白酶切割，释放出细胞毒载荷Exatecan。Exatecan作为拓扑异构酶I抑制剂，可导致DNA单链断裂累积并在复制过程中转化为双链断裂，从而触发细胞凋亡。该机制既能选择性清除肿瘤微环境中的调节性T细胞(Tregs)，改善肿瘤免疫抑制微环境，也能直接杀伤CD25⁺肿瘤细胞。
